Print this application on your printer and fill out all of the blanks legibly and accurately. When complete, FAX your application to 916-880-5376. If you have a scanner, you can scan the application and email it to the address listed in the Contacts page of this site.
Please be aware that submission of a rental application does not imply or guarantee that the property will be rented to you. Only if you are actively considered for rental of the property will a credit check be performed.
